Born from a shared passion and deep-rooted heritage, our company was founded by a brother and sister with family origins in Peru and a lifelong love for bold, authentic flavours. Inspired by the vibrant culinary traditions of our homeland—where the Ají chilli is at the heart of every meal—we set out to bring the true taste of Peru to the UK.
Unable to find the fragrant, fruity chillies we grew up with, we began crafting our own. What started as a family kitchen project has grown into a selected range of sauces made with three distinct varieties of Peruvian chillies, all cultivated with care. Each bottle is infused with our signature blend of spices and a treasured family recipe passed down through generations.
